Parker Police Officer Lands Awesome Headshot On Bad Guy
A crazy man’s rampage was ended after a Parker Police officers takes him out with one well place headshot.
On 10/26/2016 A heavily armed man was stopped by Parker Police after going on a rampage in a Douglas County neighborhood. The incident started when 40-year-old Randy Rodick got plastered drunk and loaded a 75 round drum into an AK-47. He started off his rampage by shooting Douglas County Sheriff’s detective Dan Bright.
Rodick jumped into his RV and drove through a field behind his house while firing rounds at officers and civilians. The RV he was driving was filled with thousands of rounds of ammo and a shotgun.
His rampage ended after he crashed the RV. Officer Ronnie Dorrell with the Parker Police Department lined up Rocks head and squeezed off a round. He successfully ended the threat with one well placed headshot.

Notes:
- Detective Dan Bright survived, but was paralyzed from the waist down.
- Dan Bright died twice during surgery. He was given a less than 1% chance of survival.
