Dylan Noble Suicide By Cop Shooting
The controversial shooting of suicide by cop suspect Dylan Noble.
On 06/25/2016 Fresno Police recieved a call about a person armed with a rifle or shotgun in the area of Clinton and Clovis. Officers in the area came across 19-year-old Dylan Noble, who was speeding down the road in his truck.
Officers activated blue lights on Noble, who did not initially stop. He finally came to a stop at a Chevron gas station. Officers ordered Noble to get out of his truck and show his hands. Officers issued 30 commands to Noble.
Noble yells “I hate my life!” while hiding his right hand behind his back. He approaches the officers and is shot twice by an officer using his service pistol.
Noble fell to the ground and reached into his waistband with his right hand. An officer fires another shot with his service pistol, causeing Noble to move his hand away from his body.
Officer Chavez fires one shot from his shotgun, fatally wounding Noble.
Notes:
- At the time of the shooting, Noble was drunk and had traces of cocaine in his system.
